Multiple sources are saying that the overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) who arrived in Bohol from Cebu early Saturday morning are billeted in a Panglao resort. The sources identified the resort as The Story Resort located in barangay Danao, Panglao as posted on FB during a live coverage done by some media people. The Bohol Tribune reportorial team obtained the information from several reliable sources. According to a Capitol press statement on Facebook, the Department of Tourism (DoT) and the Inter Agency Task Force (IATF) were the ones which designated the quarantine facility for the new OFW batch from Cebu. According to the same statement from the Capitol, there were 51 OFWs that arrived in Tagbilaran tourist sea port at around 4 am Saturday. The initial report revealed that there were supposed to be 52 OFWs expected to arrive but due to some pressing personal reasons, one backed out from the group. Moreover, the same statement posted on Saturday by the provincial government said that the OFWs have undergone a 14-day quarantine and have already been subjected to a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test prior to their arrival in Bohol.
