Ashira City, under the Ashira Properties Development Corporation (APDC), is given by the City Sanggunian the green light for its subdivision project in Tagbilaran City.
The Sangguniang Panglungsod (SP) of Tagbilaran City has just passed a resolution approving the application of Ashira Properties Development Corporation (APDC) for a subdivision project in Tagbilaran City.
The resolution was unanimously approved today, Friday, May 15, during the SP’s regular session.
The councilors approved Proposed Resolution 89-20 allowing the preliminary subdivision development plan of APDC’s subdivision project situated in barangay San Isidro.
The approved resolution will be subject to compliance with related laws and regulations said Vice Mayor Jose Antonio Veloso, the presiding officer of the SP.
The development plan will be subject to the terms and conditions that will be imposed by the city government of Tagbilaran, particularly the Office of the City Planning and Development Coordinator, Veloso added.
Two councilors commended the APDC for the latter’s efforts to develop a subdivision site in barangay San Isidro.
Councilors Augustinus Gonzaga and Fausto Budlong each commended APDC for the development project.
APDC consultant & member of the Board of Directors, Ardy Araneta-Batoy, spoke during the session to answer any questions from the councilors regarding the subdivision project.
During her time at the city council, Batoy thanked the city council especially Councilor Adam Jala, Councilor Philip Besas, & councilor Budlong for their help that led to the approval of the resolution.
The new subdivision project is a socialized housing project according to Councilor Eliezar Borja.
The middle-class of society is the primary market of the subdivision project and there are guidelines to ensure only those belonging to the middle-class including others who are deserving can avail themselves of units in the said subdivision project.
