KEW Hotel-Tagbilaran Advisory

To our Valued Guests,

In support to our government’s efforts in fighting the COVID-19 crisis, KEW Hotel-Tagbilaran is temporarily suspending its hotel operations and functions from March 23, 2020 to May 31, 2020. Its entire family is one with the nation in preventing the spread of the dreaded virus.

With this advisory, the hotel will temporarily not accept room reservations until further notice. This also means that all bookings previously accepted and scheduled from March 23, 2020 to May 31, 2020 are deemed automatically cancelled.

However, the guests who are affected by this temporary suspension of Kew Hotel’s operations, have the option to re-book their reservations to another date/s once the situation shall have been back to normal, with God’s help.

Bookings made under Online Travel Agency (OTA) such as Agoda, Expedia, Booking.com, C.Trip, Traveloka and etc., may modify the bookings through their respective booking engines.

For any need you may have regarding this matter that you wish us to assist, please contact KEW Hotel-Tagbilaran through any of the following addresses and/or telephone numbers:

In the meantime, we are requesting everyone to help government enforce strict hygiene and sanitation measures in their respective homes as we will be doing the same. We have also advised our own people to stay at home and be safe as we fight this virus. We always pray that with the help of the Almighty Father, we will all come out victorious in our determination to protect ourselves and to preserve our lives and the lives of those we dearly love.

We are looking forward to welcoming you back come May 31, 2020 and onwards.
