A street level drug personality is reportedly arrested following a buy bust operation in Sagbayan town.
Police identified the suspect as a certain Rolando Siton, 36, of barangay Kagawasan, Sagbayan.
The suspect was arrested following a buy bust operation last Saturday, May 23.
Taken from the suspect, was a small sachet containing suspected shabu with an estimated weight of 0.21 grams and with an estimated street value of P1,428.
All pieces of evidence were submitted to the Crime Laboratory for examination.
Meanwhile, the suspect is currently detained at the Sagbayan police station and is facing charges for violation of Section 5, of the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
