CARING FOR THE PWDs. Persons with disabilities need to visit the office of the Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office (PDAO) so they can enjoy the benefits extended to them by the local government unit of Tagbilaran City. LOCALLY-STRANDED TAGBILARANONS. Through the assistance of the City Government of Tagbilaran, the 1st batch of Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) from Tagbilaran coming from Cebu arrived in May 27. The City Government provided free transport from the point of their residence up to the bus to Pier 1. Medical examination and Rapid Testing were also done in the pier. All of the LSIs passed the tests, with negative result for the COVID-19 virus. The City Government also assisted the LSIs in securing their PEMA clearance and COVID-SHIELD travel pass. The group is now lodged at the Evacuation Center and HNU retreat house for the mandatory 14-day quarantine. After the quarantine, these LSIs will undergo a free PCR test before they will be allowed to return to their respective homes.
