PAL set to resume Bohol flights starying June 5

Philippine Airlines (PAL) is set to resume its flights on June 5 according to the company’s advisory no. 63 that is circulated in the Internet.

Advisory no. 63 was posted on Saturday (May 30, 2020) and was updated on Sunday (May 31, 2020).

The advisoy said that the airline’s flight operations at the Bohol Panglao International Airport (BPIA) will start on the said date.

PAL’s aircraft PR 2773/2774 wlll be serving the Manila-Panglao route on June 5, 2020, which is a sweeper flight.

The PAL advisory also said that on June 8, 2020, PR 2773/2774 will be flying on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

According to reports, the schedule of flights starting June 8, is subject to the approval of the Inter Agency Task Force (IATF).

“We plan to increase the number of routes and flights in the coming months if allowed by aviation authorities, global public health conditions, and the travel conditions,” PAL said in the advisory.

In compliance with health and safety practices and protocols, PAL is implementing the “Fly Safe” new normal safety practices for the protection of the passengers as they travel with the country’s oldest airline.

“We wish to remind all passengers to bring your own face mask or facial coverings, as you are now required to wear face masks at all times— at the airport and also throughout your flight,” PAL said in the advisory.

The airline is telling the passengers to take advantage of online information/reservation and services and arrive early in the airport for the flight.

The airline company assures the riding public that all of its aircraft have undergone rigorous disinfection procedures using high-grade and eco-friendly disinfectants.
