The planned return of commercial flights in the country is impractical says the president of the Bohol Medical Society (BMS).
Dr. Jefferson Ong, BMS prexy says, though, that the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) is not keen in allowing the return of commercial flights anytime soon.
