Dr. Cesar Tomas Lopez, the spokesman of the Technical Working Group (TWG) is saying that there is a need to have some testing done to potential passengers prior to the purchase of tickets.
This comes as at least two airline companies have expressed desire to resume their respective commercial operations.
Lopez said that the provincial government has not been informed about the planned resumption of commercial flights.
