PD says checkpoints continue during GCQ

Joint reports by DCR, DSA, GAB

Bohol Police provincial director Col. Joselito Clarito orders the continued implementation of checkpoints as the province remains under the general community quarantine (GCQ) status.

This was revealed by Major Norman Nuez, the operations officer of the Bohol Police Provincial Office (BPPO), on Monday (June 1, 2020), to the Bohol Tribune.

Nuez said Clarito has ordered all chiefs of police to continue with the implementation of checkpoints together with partner agencies and representatives from the local government units (LGU).

In line with this, the public is advised that as they go out of their homes, they have to bring their home quarantine passes (HQP) and company IDs to avoid any problems they might encounter when they pass through the checkpoints, Nuez said.
