Gov. Arthur Yap faces the media during a press briefing on Friday (June 5, 2020) as he continues to steer the Boholano people in navigating perilous waters represented by what is known as the Covid 19 pandemic. The Governor, upon learning of the two (2) Covid positive cases here, is pouring his heart out and is breaking his silence of stoicism as he ventilates his reflections and deep feelings to those who care to listen. The Governor, despite all the slinging of invectives and abusive language done to destroy him, has remained stolid and firm about the fulfillment of his solemn promise to serve Bohol and carry on with his task as the chief local executive of the province.
