A wanted person facing charges of qualified theft is arrested in Panglao

Reports say that a wanted person who faces charges of qualified theft is arrested by the police.

The arrest happened on Wednesday, June 10, 2020, in Panglao, Bohol, the report added.

Panglao police said that the accused is identified as Elvira Clenuar, 52, of Purok 5, barangay Poblacion, Panglao.

The same report said the accused was arrested on June 10, 2020 at 1:49 pm. The policemen who arrested the accused were armed with an arrest warrant issued by Judge Lindecita Arcamo of Regional Trial Court (RTC) branch 1.

The accused was arrested due to charges of qualified theft.

In the same report, it was learned that the court set the bail at P7,390,000 for the accused provisional liberty.

The accused is currently in the custody of Panglao police, the report said.
