Police in Dauis are having, in their custody, a person accused of grave defamation.
The arrest, which took place at Tabalong (Dauis) on Thursday, June 11, 2020 got the suspect identified as Reinerio Bon, 32, a lending company collector, of Purok 5 of the same barangay.
The report also said that the police were armed with an arrest warrant issued by Judge Raul Barbarona of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court (CTC ), Dauis-Panglao.
The accused who is facing charges of grave defamation is currently under the custody of the Dauis police with a bail that has been set at P18,000 for high provisional liberty.
