Gov. Arthur Yap, the motorcycle driver in this simulated photo, is showing a proof of the concept for the design of a vehicle modification that may eventually allow motorcycle backriders during this time of the Covid crisis when the province is still under the General Community Quarantine. Yap said that he has submitted the design to the Inter Agency Task Force and to the Department of the Interior and Local Government. The design that shows a barrier between the driver and the backrider, is expected to prevent a possible virus transmission.
