With all the documents for the creation of the molecular laboratory inside the Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital still being processed, the provincial government, thinks of another way to procure a containerized polymerase chain reaction (PCR) laboratory (please see photo). The containerized PCR laboratory, according to Gov. Art Yap, is mobile and costs a little over P20 milllion and has the capacity to process 300 tests in a 24-hour period. This laboratory will give Bohol the capability to test and rely less on the Cebu laboratory for the purpose. Photo by Primer Bohol.
