Land Transportation Office (LTO) Tagbilaran registrar is saying that there is no arrest operation against public utility vehicles (PUV) drivers who don’t have special permit from the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB). According to reports, lawyer Vicente Gador said that there is no order coming from the regional office of LTFRB and LTO regarding the arrest operation.
