Reports say that unidentified armed men clash with Army troopers in Sevilla town this Friday afternoon, June 26, 2020.
1st Lt. Elma Grace Remonde, the civil military relations officer of the 47th Infantry Battalion, said the encounter happened at around 5:45 pm on Friday at barangay Bayawahan, Sevilla town.
As of posting time, the Army troops are pursuing the armed men, Remonde said.
No reports yet of casualties from both sides.
