The Bohol Police Provincial Office (BPPO) is set to open today, July 6, 2020, its isolation and quarantine facility called Makatao, Malasakit Recovery Center, located at the gymnasium of barangay Poblacion 2, reports say.
BPPO provincial director Col. Joselito Clarito is set to open the center which will be used by police officers who are also frontliners and suspected to be infected Covid.
The opening of the center coincides with the 25th celebration of the Police Community Relations Month this July 2020, reports add.
The center has a capacity of 50 beds, the same report mentions.
It is expected that today’s opening ceremonies will be attended by Mayor John Geesnell Yap II and barangay Poblacion II punong barangay Alan Real, the same report bare.
