Former Bohol OIC governor de la Serna dies

Former Bohol officer-in-charge (OIC) governor Victor de la Serna died early this morning, Wednesday, July 8, 2020.

Reports say, Victor’s wife Binggay confirmed the bar topnotcher’s death.

The wife said the remains of the former OIC governor will be laid to rest on Wednesday.

He was 78 years old.

However, the wife did not elaborate on the cause of death.

The former OIC governor was the first bar topnotcher from Bohol. He held the helm of the provincial government as OIC during the administration of former President Corazon Aquino.
