There are no more active Covid cases in Tagbilaran City based on the report rendered by Dr. Cesar Tomas Lopez, Capitol spokesman for Covid-related matters.
Lopez released the information just this afternoon, (Wed., July 15, 2020) during a virtual presser.
He said that all Covid positive patients placed in isolation facilities in the city have recovered from the disease.
“We congratulate the city of Tagbilaran kay zero active cases na ang maong syudad,” said Lopez.
However, data from the Capitol said that there are currently 11 active Covid cases in Bohol.
All of the active Covid cases are locally stranded individuals and being monitored closely by the respective Rural Health Units (RHU).
He said that the 11 active Covid patients remain asymptomatic.
Bohol has a total of 53 Covid cases with one (1) death due to the disease, which was the 89-year-old man from Calape town.
