Gov. Arthur Yap is set to deliver his State of the Province Address (SOPA) on Bohol Day, July 22, 2020, where he is expected to tell the Boholano public the progress and plans of the provincial government.
Yap’s SOPA will be held at the Ceremonial Hall of tge New Capitol Bldg located at the fourth floor.
It is expected that one of the major points of the SOPA is the province’s response to the Covid pandemic.
As this developed, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) will be moving its regular session from July 21, 2020, Tuesday to July 22, 2020, Wednesday, so that board members can attend the event.
This is the first time Yap will be delivering the SOPA since he assumed the governorship back in July 2019.
