Gov. Arthur Yap and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) turn over livelihood kits to identified beneficiaries in Dimiao town.

The turnover of livelihood kits happened on Thursday, July 16, 2020, in barangay Luyo, Dimiao, according to a report by Capitol media.

The DTI distributed the livelihood kits under the Livelihood Seeding Program Negosyo Serbisyo.

The governor handed a cash prize to Canhayupon National High School for placing second in the rural areas garden category in the Search for Modelong Gulayan sa Paaralan 2019.

The school was represented by its principal Promelo Asenjo and Gulayan Program Coordinator Fe Gamutin.

With the governor were local government officials from Dimiao headed by Mayor Randolph Ang and Vice Mayor Gilberto Lagua. Also present during the program were third district Rep. Kristine Alexie Tutor, third district Board Member Elpidio Bonita, DTI-Bohol provincial directir Ma. Solidad Balistoy, DTI Bohol information officer Vierna Teresa Ligan, Business Counselor Jessa Marie Lofranco, Office of the Provincial Agriculturist officer-in-charge, Dr. Larry Pamugas, and Capitol Education Center Head Gina Luz Dano.
