Ashira Properties Development Corporation (APDC), bares a breakthrough In the Aoife Homes project with the opening of a new Lourdes-Tangnan barangay road which will be the main road access for the real estate development company’s subdivision development project in the area.
The road project was fulfilled with the support of the Municipality of Panglao local government led by Mayor Leonila Montero, and the Barangay Council of Tangnan led by Barangay Captain Cirilo Gatase, Jr.
The realization of the road project is made possible by a measure authored by Barangay Councilor Ester Bongcaras.
The 2.2-kilometer barangay road will provide better access to the public to other road networks in the town.
The road also provides better access to APDC’s subdivision project, the Aoife Homes Panglao.
Aoife Homes Panglao is located at barangay Tangnan, Panglao, Bohol.
The subdivision project is currently on its first phase of development with the road tracing development is in progress.
The subdivision project will include amenities like a clubhouse and a swimming pool, according to information from APDC.
