Police, PDEA conduct drug raid in Dauis

Police report says that personnel from the Dauis police station and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrest a drug suspect following a raid in Dauis town.

The raid happened on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at barangay Mariveles, the report bares.

The suspect is identified as Emmanuel Humol Villarias,41, of barangay Mariveles, Dauis.

The law enforcers conducted a raid armed with a search warrant issued by Judge Leo Moises Lison of the Regional Trial Court branch 3 based in Tagbilaran City.

The authorities were able to seize 14 small plastic sachets containing powdery substance believed to be shabu and alleged drug paraphernalia, the same report  reveals.

The estimated weight of the suspected drugs confiscated is pegged at 0.7 grams with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value of P 4,760.00.

The suspect is facing charges of violation of the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
