3 Lila LSIs test positive for Covid

The Department of Health (DoH) informs the authorities that three (3) locally stranded individuals (LSI) from Lila town test positive for coronavirus disease (Covid) following the release of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test results.

The results were released today, Saturday, July 25, 2020.

The 3 LSIs arrived in Bohol last July 15, 2020 from Manila via a sweeer flight.

The 3 patients have been isolated from the time they arrived in the province until at present, according to reports provided to The Bohol Tribune.

At this time, contact tracing activities have been initiated by the Rural Health Unit (RHU) of Lila with the assistance of the Provincial Health Office (PHO).

As of the moment, there are 21 active cases in Bohol, with 51 recovered cases, and three (3) deaths.
