BALILIHAN MAYOR IN ACTION!
Mayor Pureza Veloso-Chatto (standing, left) is turning over a wheelchair to Inocencia Bayud of Barangay Boctol. Lola Inocencia is 94 years old.
This time, Mayor Pureza is visiting the furniture-making industry located at Boctol. Balilihan, Furniture-making is one of the flourishing industries of the town.
Another wheelchair is being turned over by Mayor Pureza (standing, extreme left) to Timoteo Hapay of Barangay Boctol.
Personnel from the Departmen of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) update the Baliihan Local Chief Executive (seated, center, facing camera) on livelihood Programs of the Department for micro business entrepreneurs and forthcoming payout of Pantawid.
Mayor Pureza (seated) receives her July 23, 2020 guests: INSP FERDINAND R BACAREZA, the incoming Acting Municipal Fire Marshal of Balilihan Fire Station together with the reassigned personnel FO2 Paz Juliet L Curso and FO1 Judel Jasson C Reyes. This coincides with the Exit Call of SFO2 Oscar P Bual, the outgoing Officer-in Charge accompanied with FO3 Juvy Lea J Danila.
Mayor Pureza (standing, left) listens to the discussion of the project for the Bulk Water Development at Bugwak Spring in Barangay Sto Niño which includes installing a new and bigger submersible pump, water reservoirs in Brgys Tagustusan and Cogon and transmission pipes to bring water from Bugwak to the existing water reservoirs in the entire town of Balilihan. (NOTE: The project is for transmission pipes from Bugwak to entire Balilihan. We continue to work for funding for distribution pipes to upgrade water delivery from level II to level III , that is to bring water from the different reservoirs to our houses.)
