BACK HOME. These are some of our locally stranded individuals (LSIs) upon their arrival here from Manila on board three (3) Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) ships on Wednesday, July 28, 2020. These LSIs are expressing mixed feelings as they are now back home. The arrival of the LSIs is part of the Hatid Tulong Program of the national government.
