Education-related activities dominate Tutor’s sked
Education-related activities dominated the schedule of third district representative Kristine Alexie Tutor last week, according to information from the congresswoman’s office.
Last July 28, 2020, Tutor attended the groundbreaking ceremonies of the future Guindulman Municipal College in barangay Guio-ang, Guindulman town.
The next day, July 29, 2020, the lady solon attended the distribution of checks to the grantees of the program of the Commission on Higher Education and the office of Sen. Sonny Angara. The activity was held at the Candijay campus of the Bohol Island State University (BISU).
Tutor also checked the infrastructure projects of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) funded by the 2020 General Appropriations Act in the towns of Bilar, Carmen, and Batuan.
The activity highlight of the week, according to the lady solon’s office, is the virtual attendance in President Duterte’s State of the Nation Address (SONA), which took place on Monday, July 27, 2020.
