A locally stranded individual (LSI) from Balilihan tests positive for coronavirus disease (Covid).
Gov. Arthur Yap confirmed the latest active case in a statement posted on social media and a copy was sent to media outlets on Sunday evening, August 2, 2020.
The governor said that the LSI remains isolated in Balilihan’s isolation facility.
As of this time, the Provincial Health Office and the Rural Health Unit of Balilihan will be conducting contact tracing activities.
