Tourism Sec. Bernadette Romulo-Puyat expresses her admiration to the Boholano people immediately after her visit here in the province.
She expressed this admiration through a message sent to Panglao’s executive assistant to the Mayor JP Maslog.”
Puyat said in a message, “Ang galing ng mga Boholanos! Very impressed!”
Puyat made a quick trip to Bohol with Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Sec. Eduardo Año on Friday, July 31, 2020 and left the province on Saturday, August 1, 2020.
The tourism secretary also expressed her confidence that Bohol will be able to reopen the local tourism industry by the fourth quarter of 2020.
During last Friday’s interaction with Bohol’s provincial and local leaders, Puyat praised how the province’s leaders are able to manage the coronavirus disease (Covid) situation.
