Bohol’s Covid active cases remain at 23

The active coronavirus disease (Covid) cases in Bohol remains at 23 after no new positive cases were reported yrsterday, Monday, August 3, 2020.

In a report from the information cluster head of the Capitol provided to The Bohol Tribune on Tuesday, Aug 4, 2020, there are 90 total Covid cases in Bohol.

According to the same report, there are 63 cases of recovery and four (4) deaths.

The latest positive case reported is a locally stranded individual (LSI) from Balilihan, based on a statement by Gov. Arthur Yap.

There are also two (2) community transmission cases reported over the weekend: one (1) from Bien Unido and the other is from Talibon, according to the governor.

The two (2) cases are considered as community transmissions as the patients have no travel history from a Covid hot spot. They are neither LSI nor overseas Filipino workers (OFW).
