Police seize 340k pesos worth of suspected shabu in buy bust operation.

Police seize about P340,000 worth of suspected drugs following a drug buy bust operation in Tagbilaran City. The operation happened on Tuesday, August 11, 2020.

Operatives from the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) stationed in the Bohol Police Provincial Office (BPPO) conducted the buy bust operation in barangay Dampas.

A police report revealed the identity of the suspect as Jomarie Alba, of purok 1, barangay Taloto, Tagbilaran City.

According to the same report, the estimated weight of the suspected shabu is pegged at 50 grams.

Aside from the suspected shabu, police also seized a P1,000 and a P500 bills used in the buy bust operation.

The same report says that the suspect is currently under police custody and will be facing charges of violation of the Dangerous Drugs Act of. 2002.
