For this edition of VOX POPULI, the Bohol Tribune ventured on getting the response of the netizens regarding a prayer request forwarded by a medical practitioner to the Managing Editor. This medical practitioner is in active service now as a frontliner in one of the district hospitals in Bohol. The Managing Editor wrote on her FB wall:

Kinasingkasing nga hangyo.The message below is from a male medical doctor who is deeply involved in the frontline area as he figths against the spread of Covid 19 in one of the district hospitals in Bohol. Na exposed na ni siya kanunay niadtong mga nagpositibo sa Bohol ug ma expose pa gyud ni kanunay sa iyang pangatungdanan karon isip frontliner. He sent this message to me early this dawn Let us pray for him and the other frontliners, please.”

Below is the message of the medical doctor sent to the Managing Editor:

Inig mahadlok ko, ako rang hunahunaon nga naay prayer warriors… Murag bata gud nga kung masamad, inig kiss sa mama mawala na ang sakit… Dako ug tabang emotionally and psychologically inig post nimo (The Bohol Tribune) sa Prayer Brigade.”
