William Dar and Region 7 Executive Director Salvador Diputado for the 60 female carabaos, 480 sacks of inorganic fertilizer, 60 plastic drums and feedstuffs amounting of P2.759 million under the Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) program given to the farmers of the island town of Pres. Carlos P. Garcia.
