Tagbilaran City Mayor John Geesnell Yap II lists down the places the Covid-positive patient visited near the Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital (GCGMH).
In an updated Facebook post on Saturday, August 22, 2020, the mayor listed the stores and carenderias the Covid-positive person visited on August 19 and 20, 2020.
The establishments are Rio Store, Guiritan Store, Añover Store, B and Boy Store, Kan-anan Eatery, Star Jane Eatery, Rodj Eatery, and Abad Eatery.
Initially, Yap closed down six (6) carenderias. He added two (2) stores, based on the updated post on Saturday.
Yap is asking those who ate in the said carenderias to contact 09616189368 and 09959500381 for interview and inclusion in the contact tracing activity.
Earlier, a watcher of a patient admitted at the GCGMH tested positive for Covid. The mayor confirmed that the person indeed contracted the virus. He added that the person is not from Tagbilaran, but did not disclose the town where the Covid-positive watcher is from.
