SECURITY GUARDS DEPLOYED TO TAGBILARAN CITY PUBLIC SCHOOLS. This shows the ceremonial deployment of the uniformed security personnel to all the Public Elementary and Secondary schools in the City. The deployment of the security personnel is funded by the City Government through its Special Education Fund (SEF). Present during the official deployment ceremonies are City Mayor John Geesnell “BABA” Yap, Tagbilaran Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Joseph Irwin Lagura and Project Development Officer Junicel Taghap Mancha.
ADDED ATTRACTION IN CITY HALL.Another iconic sight will unfold in Tagbilaran City as the water fountain in the City Hall grounds will soon be completed. To date, Phase 3 of the construction is underway – a much-needed breather amidst the pandemic.
