BSP Bohol Council Chairman Congressman Edgar Chatto called on all Scouts to be Climate Change Advocates to help preserve mother earth and save humanity from the devastating effects of global warming. This was the message of Chatto during the opening ceremonies of the online Council’s National Board of Review for Eagle Scouts. The 2nd National Board Review gives an opportunity for aspiring Scouts to be assessed on their skills and fields of learning and continued program implementation.
