Second district solon Erico Aristotle Aumentado, thru a text message just now to The Bohol Tribune Managing Editor, reports that he and other congressmen will be having a special session as soon as they have the “numbers”.
He gave The Bohol Tribune a situationer report from the Capital city via a text message, on Monday, Oct. 12, 2020.
He and others are currently at the Celebrity Sports Plaza in Quezon City.
He said the special session at the House of Representatives will commence once they have the numbers.
Aumentado flew to Manila via a private aircraft on Sunday, Oct. 11, 2020, to physically attend the special session.
The special session is called by President Duterte in an effort to pass the 2021 national budget.
