San Miguel town is now Covid-free

San Miguel town is now Coronavirus disease (Covid)-free after all of the active cases have all recovered.

In a statement released by the local government unit (LGU) on its verified social media account on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2020, it said that there are no new Covid cases.

Out of the 16 cases reported in the town, 15 patients have already recovered and one (1) patient died.

Meanwhile, San Miguel is not the only LGU reporting that all of its active cases have recovered and thus having zero Covid cases.

The LGU of Tagbilaran reports that it has no active Covid cases and all 50 cases recorded in the city have recovered. The city tallied no Covid-related death, as of Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2020, City Administrator Cathelyn Torremocha said in a radio interview.
