Members of the staff from the Office of Cong. Edgar Chatto joined the distribution of livelihood kits to beneficiaries in Tubigon and Catigbian under the Livelihood Seeding Program of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) together with DTI Provincial Director Marisol Balistoy and Mayor William Jao and Mayor Elizabeth Mandin.
