DOST STARBOOKS IN BALILIHAN. About 20 public schools in Balilihan are recipients of the Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated Kiosks from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). The kiosks, the according to Balilihan Mayor, are like libraries in a box, that contain thousands of pieces of information stored in various formats, which are readily available even without internet connection. The kiosks are given to each Balilihan-based public school for free. Chatto is expressing her thanks to DOST director Vina Antopina for the kiosks.
