Reports say that a detainee of the city police lock-up jail allegedly escapes and is reportedly being trailed and pursued by the city police force for his recapture.
Reports add that the alleged escapee bolted out of the city police jail on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020.
As of this writing, the city police force, headed by Lt. Col. Mary Crystal Peralta, has yet to issue an official statement regarding the reported escape.
Reports bare too that the alleged escapee is a certain Ian Abendan, 27, who is also known as John Paul Sonega, from Batuan town but is a native of sitio Molakay, barangay San Pablo, Zamboanga del Sur.
According to sources, the inmate was arrested last June 23,2020.
As of posting time, there are conflicting reports regarding the circumstances surrounding the reported escape of a detainee of the city police lock-up jail.
Sources say Peralta will have a press conference to answer the public queries related to the report that an inmate of the city police lock-up jail allegedly escaped.
