1st District lawmaker unfolds important district-wide events
Catigbian Mayor Elizabeth Mandin (left) and Cong. Edgar Chatto (right) are shown at the new Municipal Tourism and Information Center of the said town. This is the first tourism center inaugurated in the first district of Bohol. Chatto is being acknowledged by the town as someone who took the initiative to find funds to build tourism and information centers in each of the municipalities of the first district. The facility can be utilized as an information center as communities get ready for future tourism recovery.

Chatto is the representative who has been initiating and implementing the TUPAD program through temporary employment of informal workers affected by the pandemic done in cooperation with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
