Marcela Farms Inc, (MFI), a subsidiary of the Alturas Group of Companies (AGC), is launching another high quality product, the new Marcela Farm aqua feeds formulated with ingredients full of high nutritive value for milkfish and tilapia, as well as other varieties of aquaculture species like the P. Vannamei white shrimps and P. Monodon Black Tiger prawns.
The price is quite affordable and the product is always available in the market as it is produced by Marcela Farms, Inc., a local farm here in Bohol known with a good reputation of supplying quality agri products here and abroad.

Earlier, MFI had launched the new, pure and natural Marcela Farms fermented chicken manure fertilizer which is made from pure chicken dung, and was proven effectively to enrich the soil on any rice fields and other farm lands.
Several months ago, AGC distributed at least 1,000 bags of Marcela fertilizers at 50 kls. each free to the local farmers in 23 pilot municipalities, channeled through their respective Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO). The free-tilizer program was one way to test its soil fertility; and at the same time a support to the local farmers as AGC is always an active and dynamic partner of the government on agricultural development.
Now, the difference is quite evident between the use of organic and chemical-based fertilizers as the new Marcela Farms fertilizers improve more soil fertility than any other fertilizers as proven in the testimonies of some farmers-beneficiaries.
Marcela Farms fertilizers are now commercially available in 50 kg., 25 kg., and 5 kg. per bag at MFI Farmers Market in Lomangog, Ubay, Bohol; and in all Fixrite Hardwares of all Alturas stores, except Plaza Marcela.
