MGCQ here to last until Jan 31, 2021

The modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) status in Bohol will last until Jan. 31, 2021 following the signing of Executive Order (EO) No. 52 by Gov. Arthur Yap.
The governor signed the EO on Friday, Nov. 13, 2020 and the signing of the new order was announced by the governor .during the regular weekly press conference at the Capitol.
The governor bared that under the new EO the local government units (LGU) are now allowed to set curfew rules imposed on their respective jurisdictions.
EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 52
The Bohol Tribune is publishing the stipulation portion of EO No. 52 in toto. The full text is found in page 19.
“NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, I, All ARTHUR C. YAP, Governor of the Province of Bohol, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 33, Series of 2020, which provides for the Guidelines under a state of Modified General Community Quarantine in the Province of Bohol, and further extending its effectivity on 11:59 p.m. of 31 January 2021, with the amended guidelines as follows:
SECTION 1. Limitations of Movement under Modified General Community Quarantine. The following are the limitations of movement of persons in the Province of Bohol in accordance with the IATF Guidelines issued on October 15, 2020, viz:
a. The movement of all persons in areas placed under MGCQ shall be limited to accessing essential goods and services, for work in the offices or industries permitted to operate hereunder, and for other activities permitted under this Section. (As amended by Paragraph A(4)(a) of IATF Resolution No. 43, June 03, 2020)
b. The default province-wide curfew imposed from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. is hereby lifted.
c. The stay-home directive for persons below fifteen (15) years old and those who are over sixty-five (65) years old, shall remain to be the general rule. As an exception, minors below fifteen (15) years old may be allowed to go out of their residences on Fridays and Saturdays while those who are over sixty-five (65) years of age and above may be allowed to go out of their homes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. However, those with immunodeficiency, comorbidity, or other health risks, and pregnant women shall be required to remain in their residences at all times; Provided that all activities and movements allowed under other Sections of these Guidelines for the foregoing persons shall continue to be permitted under MGCQ. d. Indoor and outdoor non-contact sports and other forms of exercise such as but not limited to walking, jogging, running, biking, golf, swimming, tennis, badminton, equestrian, range shooting, and skateboarding are allowed. Provided, that the minimum public health standards such as the wearing of masks and the maintenance of social distancing protocols, and no sharing of equipment where applicable, are observed. Spectators in all non-contact sports and exercises shall be prohibited. e. Mass gatherings such as but not limited to, movie screenings, concerts, sporting events, and other entertainment activities, religious services, and work conferences shall be allowed provided that participants shall be limited to fifty percent (50%) of the seating or venue capacity. (As amended by Paragraph A0)0 of IATF Resolution No. 43, June 03, 2020)
f. Limited face-to-face or in-person classes may be conducted in HEIs provided there is strict compliance with minimum public health standards, consultation with local government units, and compliance with guidelines set by CHED.
g. Face-to-face TVET training and competency assessment may be conducted at up to 50% training and assessment site capacity, provided there is strict compliance with minimum public health standards, USDA Guidelines and consultation with local government units.
h. For K-12 Basic Education, the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan of the DepEd shall be adopted.
i. The province-wide partial liquor ban as provided under Executive Order No. 17, Series of 2020, is hereby lifted subject to the regulation of establishments serving liquor as provided by the guidelines issued by the Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Tourism and/or the IATF.
SECTION 2. Permitted Work, Occupations, Industries, and Businesses. The following are the permitted work, occupations, industries, and businesses allowed within the Province of Bohol:
a. Subject to existing rules, regulations, and issuances by relevant government agencies and the IATF, all establishments and businesses within the Province of Bohol shall be allowed to operate.
All establishments that are allowed to remain open shall strictly enforce physical distancing measures and other mandatory safety measures or public health standards.
b. Dine-in in restaurants, fast food chains, and carenderias shall be allowed but limited to 50% of the establishment’s total customer seating capacity, provided that they shall comply with all DTI Guidelines on Minimum Health Protocols for Restaurants and Fast Food Chains.
c. The following establishments shall be allowed to operate at the following operational capacities:

Essential Retail (e.g., groceries, markets, convenience stores, drug stores) 100%
Food preparation insofar as take-out and delivery services 100%
Water-Refilling Stores 100%
Laundry Services (including self-service) 100%
Public and private hospitals 100%
Health, emergency and frontline services such as dialysis centers, chemotherapy centers and the like 100%
Other medical, dental, rehabilitation and optometry clinics, non-aesthetic dermatological clinics, EENT 100%
Logistics Service Providers (Cargo Handling, Warehousing, Trucking, Freight Forwarding, and Shipping Line) 100%

Workers accredited by the DOTr to work on utility relocation works, and specified limited works across thirteen (13) railway projects, including replacement works for the Metro Manila Rail Transit System Line 3 100%
Airline and aircraft maintenance, pilots and crew, and employees of aviation schools for purposes of the pilot’s recurrent training for flight proficiency and type rating using simulator facilities; and ship captains and crew, including shipyard operations and repair 100%
Public and private construction projects that are essential (i.e., quarantine and isolation facilities for PUMs, and suspect, and confirmed COVID-19 patients, facilities for the health sector including those dealing with PUMs and suspect, and confirmed COV1D-19 patients, facilities for construction personnel who perform emergency works, flood control, and other disaster risk reduction and rehabilitation works, sewerage projects, water service facilities projects, and digital works, health facilities). Priority public and private construction projects, defined as those that refer to food production, agriculture, fishery, fishport development, energy, housing, communication, water utilities, manufacturing, and BPO, subject to guidelines to be issued by the DPWH 100%
