PDET seizes P 680K worth of suspected shabu following buy bust ops

The Provincial Drug Enforcement Team (PDET) under the Bohol Police Provincial Office (BPPO) seizes P680,000 worth of suspected shabu from two (2) suspects following a drug buy bust operation, a report reaching The Bohol Tribune says.

According to the same report, the buy bust operation transpired on Tuesday evening, Nov. 17, 2020.

The PDET conducted the operation in cooperation with personnel from the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit 7 and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).

The suspects are identified as Mohammar Tomawis, 30, alyas Orak, of purok 6, Muslim Village, barangay Taloto, Tagbilaran City and John Mirnyl Millan, 26, of of Capitol Valley, barangay Dao, Tagbilaran City.

Reports say the said police units conducted the buy bust operation in barangay Taloto on Tuesday, which resulted to the seizure of suspected shabu with an estimated weight of 100 grams and a Dangerous Drugs Board value of P680,000.

Moreover, the same report bares that the suspects are facing charges of violation of Dangerous Drugs Act of 2020.
