The graduates of Bread and Pastry Production under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) in Cortes town, and students of Tourism Promotion Services under the Private Education Student Financial Assistance (PESFA) take time to have their photograph taken for posterity following their graduation. The STEP is a community-based specialty training program that addresses the specific skills needs of the communities and promote employment, particularly through entrepreneurial, self-employment and service-oriented activities. PESFA, on the other hand, is directed to area-based critical skills that respond to emerging and highly in-demand job requirements in the local and overseas labor market. The office of Rep. Edgar Chatto has been constantly providing support to students under these two (2) programs.
