FREE FROM DRUGS.  San Isidro town’s barangay Candungao gets cleared from any drug-related activities by the oversight committee on drug-clearing (OCDC).  Photo shows the certificate of of clearance being received by San Isidro town mayor, Diosdado Gementiza (4th from left). OCDC declares all San Isidro town’s barangays drug clear
All 12 barangays of San Isidro town are declared by the oversight committee on drug clearing program (OCDC) in Region 7 to be cleared from drug-related activities.
The declaration comes after the OCDC declared barangay Candungao as a drug-free barangay, according to a report from the town’s local government that was sent to The Bohol Tribune on Friday, Nov. 27, 2020.
San Isidro town Mayor Diosdado Gementiza, Jr. received the certificate of drug-cleared barangay for barangay Candungao from the OCDC and validated by Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Regional Office VII.  
The certificate was handed by PDEA Bohol provincial officer Joseph Theodore Atila witnessed by the town’s information officer II Glenalyn Jumawan and board district board member Agapito Avenido representing the Office of the Governor on November 18, 2020 at the Sangguniang Bayan (SB) session hall.
