LGU- Buenavista features new vehicle for LSI, OFW, APOR transport

Mayor Dave Duallo revealed that the local government unit (LGU) of Buenavista has procured a vehicle that will be used to transport incoming locally stranded individuals (LSI), overseas Filipino workers (OFW), and authorized person outside residence (APOR).

In a Facebook post on Nov. 29, 2020, the mayor showed the new vehicle to the public.

In a telephone interview, Duallo said the vehicle’s cost is about P1.6 million and funds were taken from the budget of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO).

Moreover, he said that the town has started to use the vehicle to transport the incoming LSI, OFW and APOR.
