The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) acquires a fully-equipped operational center. This operational tent can be located in any disaster zone, allowing the Incident Management Team to respond better. The tent is equipped with a CCTV monitoring station, a weather monitoring station, radio communication system, laptop computers, an area for command meetings with chairs and tables, a resting area, a small kitchen with sink, and a rescue rubber boat with engine. It has three (3) back-up power sources; solar, wind, and gasoline generators. All these are kept together inside a trailer.

The supplies building serves as the warehouse/storage of the City Government of Tagbilaran. It ensures the safekeeping of supplies against theft, fire and deterioration while maintaining the supplies‘ accessibility when needed. It also serves as repository of returned city government properties as part of the asset management system.
Dr. Emevic Pascual conducts an ultrasound procedure on one of the beneficiaries of the free ultrasound service project in the city. Pregnant women in Tagbilaran City may avail themselves of free ultrasound services.The ultrasound service project is being implemented in partnership with the Integrated Midwives Association of the Philippines (IMAP) headed by its National Director Corazon Parras and the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society (POGS) Bohol Chapter and the City Government of Tagbilaran. The project provides free ultrasound services and pre-natal vitamins to pregnant women in the City. Meanwhile, IBEX call center and First Lady Jane Yap’s Gugma Tagbilaran also provide grocery items to the expectant mothers. First Lady Yap also shares her experiences about being a mother to two daughters, Janah and Jaby, to expectant mothers.
