Another couple gets a new home courtesy of Loay town’s Balay Tinabangay project. The latest beneficiary is the couple named Jonas and Helen Solis at barangay Sagnap of the said town. The housing project is one of Loay Mayor Hilario Ayuban’s pet projects to provide decent housing to indigent residents of Loay, Bohol.
